Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Keravin, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Subscription Policy outlined below.

Subscription Frequency & Billing

When you subscribe, your selected product will automatically renew every 30 days unless otherwise specified at checkout.

You will be charged the price displayed during checkout for each recurring order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may apply.

Automatic Recurring Charges

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Keravin to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring shipment until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription Confirmation

After completing your subscription purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your subscription details and your first order confirmation.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for your next recurring shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Automatic Renewals

Each scheduled renewal automatically generates a new order and charges your saved payment method.

Orders Already Created

Once a renewal order has been generated, it immediately enters our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Valid Orders

All recurring orders created under your active subscription are considered authorized purchases and will be processed accordingly unless your subscription has been canceled before the renewal deadline.
