At Keravin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please email info@keravin.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We'll review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used dietary supplements
- Gift cards
- Clearance or promotional items (unless they are damaged or defective)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Keravin is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still qualify for a return under this policy.
